With two decades of rich academic experience Dr. I. Vijaya Babu has been leading the Dr. V. S. Krishna Govt. Degree College (A)in its endeavour to excel in its educational advancement. He is the man who brought the institution the distinction of an academic hub with a fragrance of modern technology and traditional culture. After post graduating in MA (English), he completed MPhil and obtained Ph.D., He has a vast and enduring experience as Lecturer and Principal and has been a member of various academic and administrative bodies.

He has attended, organized and chaired various Seminars, Faculty Improvement Programs etc., His intellectual and professional journey stands for his brilliance. He received the state best teacher award in the year 2011. He has successfully handled the minor research project in English of worth Rs. 2.1 lakh funded by UGC. Above all, he is a great scholar and creative industrial thinker with a vision of future. Apart from an eminent faculty and an excellent communicator, Dr. I. Vijaya Babu eloquence and administrative capabilities have been well acclaimed. He empowered the knowledge of students through his thought provoking and powerful lectures.

To top it all, he is a noble and able man who’s remarkable and significant services to the institution are unparalleled. His co-ordination, amicability has been an asset to the institution which is fostering intra and inter institutional relations.
